Job Description
Minimum 12 years of education (in other words) ICS or FSC/FA with diploma in computer Science.
Minimum one year experience
Preference will be given to the candidates with (ability to do things very well) in computer skills.
The resident of concerned district/tehsil will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities

VTCS Operator JD
Operate and monitor the Vehicle Trip Counting System (RFID readers, weighbridges, GPS-based trip counters, etc.).
- Secure/make sure of (happening or viewable immediately, without any delay) recording of vehicle entry and exit data.
- Identify and flag mistakes in recorded trips.
- Maintain (very close to the truth or true number) logs of all vehicle trips in the central (computer file full of information).
- Cross-check system data with physical trip sheets and GPS watching and following records.
- Report any system (failures to work properly) or missing data to the IT/MIS team.
- Coordinate with drivers, contractors, and supervisors to resolve trip mistakes.
- Help in re-adjusting RFID or weighbridge systems when needed/demanded.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trip count reports.
- Share trip count summaries with the Watching/supervising & Finance departments.
- Stick to data (honest and good human quality/wholeness or completeness), privacy, and security policies.
- Monitor for fake/illegal (because of lying and stealing) or unauthorized trips and report immediately.

IT Assistant JD


(in a way that's close to the truth or true number) enter data into MIS (computer files full of information), securing/making sure of appropriately-timed and exact updates.
- (check for truth/prove true) and validate data from different sources to maintain data (honest and good human quality/wholeness or completeness).
- Help in organizing and managing digital files and records.
- Create (something commonly done) reports from the MIS system to support management decisions.
- Help in preparing monthly, quarterly, and once-a-year reports for different departments.
- Document MIS processes, including data handling procedures, for future reference.
- Provide basic support to users experiencing issues with MIS computer programs and systems.
- Help in guiding users on how to effectively use MIS tools and computer programs.
- Record and increase complex technical issues to the Manager MIS/GIS.
- Monitor MIS applications to secure/make sure of they are functioning properly.
- Help in putting into use updates, upgrades, and patches to keep the MIS system current.
- Support regular data backup and recovery procedures.
- Perform (something commonly done) checks to secure/make sure of data (quality of being very close to the truth or true number), (state of always working or appearing the same way), and completeness.
- Identify and correct data mistakes or report them to the MIS Technician or Manager.
- Help in putting into use data quality standards within the MIS system.
- Any job given by the management
